Wish it were closed-toe - would so *love* to have this as a winter shoe...with leggings and a wool mini-skirt: wintry, girly cute!

My shoe closet: Jessica Simpson Dany
My first hooker heels!
If you can't guess by the wood and shape, these are Jessica Simpsons. The arch doesn't quite work for me, but for $50 from the brand site, I'll live.
Jessica Simpson Dany in Plum Velvet, $48.99 from $98
Labels:
hooker heels,

New addition: Nine West, style unknown
Snagged these party-ready shoes from Marshall's for just $20. The glitter is a mix of silver and gold, and the depth of color varies with the light. There's a seam across the vamp, which along with the cut of the material lends an almost butterfly shape to the front of the shoe.

My shoe closet: Tahari Forever
DSW shopping trip
Tahari Forever, $79.95 at DSW.com
The mission (as always): sensible, closed-toe high heels I could wear to work - no satin, no suede, and must be comfortable enough for a 9-hour shift. These fit the bill, and came to only $25.96 in-store after tax! Not to mention the incredibly sexy unzipped back detail...
